Project Manager – Barcelona (Regular Employee)
Go—PopUp offers a position as Project Manager for its corporate offices in Barcelona. Go—PopUp is the European leading agency for ephemeral retail and marketing, pop-up stores and corporate events.
Job Description
Go—PopUp is signing agreements with more and more clients looking for end-2-end pop-up projects, including design, production, operations and communication. In order to support the sales organization in these kind of opportunities, we are hiring a Project Manager that overlooks the whole process and manages relationships with partners/providers.
This is what you’ll be doing:
• Follow the Project Management practices and tools
• Planning phase: sizing, costing and staffing of projects
• Execution phase: follow-on and reporting of project progress and deliverables, as well as financial management
• Support the sales team in Project Management sales activities (preparation of PM section for proposals, including description and calculation of costs)
• Definition of KPIs and process improvement
• Improve the existent basis, aiming at implementing a bigger Projects Office aligned with company growth plans

Who are we looking for:
• University Degree or Master (Engineering or Management)
• 3 years experience in complex project management (retail, event or marketing production)
• Focus on quality and results
• Proactivity and responsibility
• Absolute command of Project Management tools (Asana) and IT office tools (Google Suite, Keynote and MS Office Suite)
• Languages: English native or Spanish native and English Proficiency level;
other EU languages (especially Dutch and German) are a plus
